My Story.

For more than three decades, I've had the opportunity to serve in very different worlds—from naval aviation, to academia, to executive leadership, and nonprofit work.

At first glance, those experiences may seem unrelated.

To me, they never were.

Each became another place to study how people learn, how teams succeed, why relationships drift apart, and what helps people find their way back toward one another.

Over time, I found myself less interested in having all the answers than in understanding the recurring truths that surfaced across every setting.

I wasn't searching for a career so much as a clearer understanding of what helps people work, learn, lead, and love well.

That search eventually became the foundation for the work I do today—and for Never Too Far.
